Owner and chefs John and Teresa Weeks create ingredient driven menus using locally sourced ingredients as often as they can.
The result is dishes with a light freshness that pair well with wine. The Weeks are exceptional at picking out the right wine for each dish and you can take a bottle, or two, or three, home with you. Sip and Savor sells the wines that they serve.
The Weeks keep the menu up to date by frequently visiting California wine country and bringing back the most delicious dishes. They also keep their wine list up to date with options including Amizetta, Varozza, Darioush and Medlock Ames. The Weeks discovered all those wines in California and brought them back to Texas and you can be sure they’ll continue to bring back more.
To top everything off, Sip and Savor makes seasonal ice creams.
