Feel the love (or is that a caffeine buzz) at XO Coffee. Don’t let the name fool you, this café has a little bit of everything: coffee, breakfast, brunch, lunch, a full dinner menu and sweet treats.
If you want to keep things simple, you won’t be disappointed by XO Coffee’s coffee. Owners Linda McCall and David Martin attended Texas Coffee School in Arlington where they learned the mechanics behind brewing the perfect cup of coffee.
The adventurous can try nitro coffee, cold brew coffee infused with nitrogen and served through a tap. The nitrogen makes coffee crisp and slightly sweeter as well as creamier with a little bubbly feel. If you don’t want to be hopped up on caffeine all day, there are organic teas and handcrafted sodas. There are drink options for kids as well, including frozen dirt: chocolate and crème topped with cookie crumbles and gummy worms.
Come hungry, XO Coffee has food for every time day. Try the breakfast tacos for a delicious start to your morning. The lunch menu has the 3 S’s: soup, salads and sandwiches and the dinner menu isn’t large but is sure to please with offerings such as Lavender Atlanta Salmon, Pan Seared Ribeye and watermelon feta salad. You’re in luck if you’re looking to relax, the dinner menu has a fairly robust wine menu.
No matter what time of day you go, you should top off your visit with the house-made cake, baked fresh every day.
